I. General provisions

These general terms and conditions govern the relationships between Children's Kitchen "Furisto" and the users of the services and products it offers. "Furisto" with the web address www.furisto.com is a trademark of Furisto Ltd. The site is accessible to all users who wish to use its services and have acknowledged and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. By visiting www.furisto.com and using the services and products of Children's Kitchen "Furisto," the client automatically declares that they are familiar with these general terms and conditions and accepts them unconditionally. Children's Kitchen "Furisto" reserves the right to unilaterally change and supplement these general terms and conditions, with changes to be published at www.furisto.com, for which the client should monitor.

II. Conditions for Using the Services and Products 

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" uses a variety of products. It is necessary for the child, for whom the order is made, to be introduced to all ingredients of the food prepared by the kitchen according to their age. Customers can familiarize themselves with the menu composition at www.furisto.com, where the dishes and their ingredients are published on a weekly basis. It is the user's (client's) responsibility to monitor the menu and to assess whether the ingredients used in it are suitable for the child, for whom the order is made, taking into account whether the respective ingredients have been introduced into their diet. 

The child should be introduced to the following products: 

• Lactose – fresh milk, yogurt, cow's butter, cow's cheese, cottage cheese, yellow cheese; 
• Gluten; 
• Meat – beef, pork, lamb, rabbit, chicken; 
• Fish.

III. Ordering/Request

To place an order for Children's Kitchen "Furisto" it is necessary to fill out an online request at www.furisto.com, through which to provide us with the necessary information to fulfill your order. Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Acceptance of orders: 

Orders for the next working day are accepted until 14:30 on the previous working day. 

Orders for Monday are accepted by the previous Friday at 14:30.

You can subscribe to the monthly menu during the last week of the current month for the next one.

Orders for cities other than Sofia must be made by the client on separate websites as follows:

For your convenience, these websites are also accessible from the BRANCHES section on this site. These orders are received and processed in the respective cities.

IV. Menu and Prices

Furisto - 200g - meat menu including: 

The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200 g. 

The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 80 g and 100 g if it is a pastry. 

Price: 11.00 BGN per day (without delivery).

Furisto Grande - 300g meat menu including: 
The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 300 g. 

The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 80 g and 100 g if it is a pastry. 

Price: 13.00 BGN per day (without delivery).

Furisto Veggie - 200g vegetarian menu including: 

The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200 g. 

The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 80 g and 100 g if it is a pastry. 

Price: 11.00 BGN per day (without delivery).

Furisto Veggie Grande - 300g vegetarian menu including: 

The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 300 g. 

The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 80 g and 100 g if it is a pastry. 

Price: 13.00 BGN per day (without delivery).

Furisto Bezz Menu - 200g - meat menu without dairy and gluten including: 

The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200g. 

The dessert is 150g if it is creamy and between 80 and 100g if it is a pastry. 

Dairy-free and gluten-free menu does not include dairy or gluten-containing products. Suitable for children with food intolerances, but not with severe allergies. The prepared food may contain traces of them, as we work with flours and dairy products in our production. 

Price: 11.00 BGN per day (without delivery).

ZeLeno Furisto - 200g meat or vegetarian menu from entirely organic products and pasture-raised meat including: 

The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200 g. 

The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 80 g and 100 g if it is a pastry. 

Price: 15.00 BGN per day (without delivery).

ZeLeno Furisto Grande - 270g meat or vegetarian menu from entirely organic products and pasture-raised meat including: 

The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 270 g. 

The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 80 g and 100 g if it is a pastry. 

Price: 17.00 BGN per day (without delivery).

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" offers the following subscriptions:

Weekly subscription including 6 menus – from Monday to Thursday, and a double menu for Friday.

Monthly subscription - only available for menus: Furisto 200g, Furisto Grande - 300g, Furisto Veggie - 200g, and Furisto Veggie Grande - 300g. Available for order the last week of the expiring month for the next month.

In unforeseen circumstances, Children's Kitchen "Furisto" reserves the right to change the menu without notice.

V. Payment 

Payment for the ordered menu(s) can be made with a card on the site at the time of the order. You can also pay in cash upon delivery by our employee.

*Important – Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment in our system. For faster confirmation, you can send the payment order for the transfer to orders@furisto.com

VI. Delivery 

The menu you have ordered is delivered in disposable packaging to an address or to a point (from our list). 

Delivery is carried out in the time range 7:30 – 12:00 from Monday to Friday. 

Delivery price: 

2 BGN per day to an address in Sofia, 1 BGN per day to a point in Sofia. 

3 BGN or 4 BGN per day to an address or point in distant districts: 

Bankya, Bozhurishte, Voluyak, Kostinbrod, Mramor, Mirovyane - 4 BGN per day. 

Krivina, Kazichene, Lozen, German - 3 BGN per day.

Menus ordered for official holidays, which are non-working days, are delivered the previous day. Children's Kitchen "Furisto" cannot commit to an exact delivery time or a time desired by the client.

The client is obliged to be at the delivery address or to ensure the presence of their representative on the day of delivery to receive the order. 

If the client has not provided conditions for delivery/handing over of the ordered food (the client is not at the delivery address, the client does not respond to the provided contact phone, the client does not respond at the specified residence for delivery, etc.), the same is destroyed in compliance with the provisions of the control authorities. In case the client wishes the food to be delivered to a porter, an unauthorized store, or another third party, Furisto is not responsible for the storage of the food after delivery. 

Delivery to the client's address is performed for the following districts in Sofia: B-19, Banishora, Beli Brezi, Boyana, Bunker, Vitosha, Geo Milev, Gorna Banya, Gotse Delchev, Dianabad, Dragalevtsi, Zona B-5, Zona B-5-3, Ivan Vazov, Izgrev, Iztok, Knyazhevo, Krasno Selo, Kriva Reka, Krastova Vada, Lagera, Lozenets, Malinova Dolina, Manastirski Livadi, Mladost 1, Mladost 2, Mladost 4, Oborishte, Ovcha Kupel, Pavlovo, Reduta, Sveta Troitsa, Serdika, Simeonovo, Slatina, Sofia Park, Strelbishte, Studentski Grad, Hipodruma, Hladilnika, Center, Yuzhen Park, Druzhba 1, Druzhba 2, Nadezhda, Gorublyane, Abdovitsa. Delivery for Banishora, zh.k. Gradina, zh.k. Zoo, zh.k. Nadezhda, Zona B-18, Zona B-19, Zona B-5, Zona B-5-3, Knyazhevo, Malinova Dolina, Ovcha Kupel, Triaditsa and Fondovi Zhilishta is carried out in the range 12:00 – 13:00 from Monday to Friday. Residents of areas not listed in these General Terms and Conditions who wish to place an order should contact Children's Kitchen Furisto at phone number 0700 50 115 on working days between 09:00 and 17:00 to clarify the possibility of delivery.

VII. Food Storage 

The delivered food from Children's Kitchen "Furisto" has an expiration date indicated on the label of each package. 

The food must be stored in a refrigerator up to + 4 degrees. 

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" is not responsible: If the client's actions contribute to the spoilage of the food and the consequences thereof.

VIII. Refund of Paid Amounts 

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" refunds the residual amount of the unused declared food under the following conditions and circumstances and following the client's explicit request: 

Postponement/cancellation of delivery of already ordered food/menus for a short period of time/ up to 15 hours on the previous day. In case the client expresses their explicit desire for temporary discontinuation of the delivery of already ordered food, the remaining paid menus are refunded to a bank account provided by the client. 

If the client has not notified of the postponement/cancellation of the delivery, the amount of the unaccepted menus is not refunded. 

Final cessation of delivery of already ordered food/menus: 

In case the client expresses their explicit desire for the final cessation of the delivery of already ordered menus, the residual amount of the unused food is refunded. /Up to 14 hours on the previous day/ 

The refund is carried out within 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of a written notification from the client to a bank account specified by them. 

If the client has ordered a monthly package with a discount from the price, when refunding the residual amount of the unused food, the regular price of the ordered menus is considered, not the promotional one. 

If the client has not notified of the final cessation of the delivery of Food/menus, the amount of the unaccepted menus is not refunded.

IX. Final Provisions 

In case of non-compliance with these general terms and conditions, Children's Kitchen "Furisto" reserves the right not to accept, not to deliver, or to terminate the deliveries to the given client.
