About us
We are Margarita and Martin and our interest in healthy lifestyle and wholesome nutrition began in 2009 with the birth of our first child. As it often happens, parenthood completely changed our attitude towards food and nature. We became aware how important it is what you feed your children with and how every tiny choice affects their future. We began our quest for organic products, but it was hard to find them and we literally ran a marathon across town in search of high-quality food.
We decided we won’t be waiting for someone to change the attitude towards children's nutrition, but instead we did it ourselves. Our goal was to prove that feeding our children with wholesome foods can be a mission possible. And the memory of our “favorite” meals from our own childhood (everyone has one that they won’t ever forget) motivated us to create a different children's meal which will help children love food and keep only good memories from it.
We use state-of-the-art equipment meeting the highest standards to ensure that we can create a full-fledged contemporary menu for the little discoverers.
We use a combination of organic and fresh seasonal products from trusted producers to make an affordable menu. We use organic dairy products, organic legumes and flours, seasonal organic fruits and vegetables, and we buy meat and fish from trusted suppliers.
Mission
We believe that we can change the eating culture in Bulgaria, one bite at a time. Our goal is to make wholesome nutrition available everywhere, because every child deserves to eat quality and real food. We also, want to make available trustable, nutritional menu prepared from whole foods for families outside of Sofia.
Food culture
We know how anxious parents get when it's time for their children to start nursery, kindergarten or school. Part of our mission includes making sure children continue to eat whole foods after they are separated from their parents.
The role of childcare facilities in raising children is becoming bigger and more decisive. And nutrition is an essential part of how little explorers will grow. The moment the time comes for their children to go to nursery, kindergarten or school, parents start to feel all kinds of worries. "What will their little discoverers eat" is one of the alarming questions.
